Senior Accountant – Construction

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who loves digging into details, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team that gets things done.

What You’Ll Do

• In this key role, you’ll be the go-to expert for ensuring our financial foundation stays strong and accurate. Your days will include:
• Reconciling customer deposits and key balance sheet accounts
• Maintaining and balancing key accounts with precision and care
• Jumping in to process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments when needed.
• Driving a smooth month-end close — from journal entries and accruals to variance analysis
• Keeping internal controls and documentation sharp and audit-ready.
• Partnering with leadership on special projects, reporting, and financial insights that support smart decision-making

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of real-world accounting experience (public or private)
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus
• NetSuite ERP experience (preferred but not required)
• Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and the works, etc.
• A sharp analytical mind and impeccable attention to detail
• Clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
