AirSculpt is seeking a Project Manager/Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CFO while also leading cross-functional projects across the organization. This role is structured as approximately 80% project management and 20% executive assistant responsibilities.

The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, balancing traditional EA support with a strong focus on structured project management. They will be responsible for leading or supporting strategic projects that improve operations and deliver greater value to our organization. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the CEO and CFO, including scheduling, travel, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for executives.
  • Prioritize incoming requests, triage tasks, and ensure leadership time is reserved for high-impact work.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, and proactively identify what needs escalation vs. delegation.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Project Management Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects end-to-end: track timelines, manage deliverables, escalate roadblocks, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Proactively build trusted relationships across the organization to ensure information flows smoothly between leadership and teams.
  • Support organizational alignment by ensuring clear communication and coordination between departments.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-level) in fast-growing or mid-cap environments.
  • This role is based in Tampa in a remote/hybrid capacity. Occasional in-person meetings will be expected.
  • Proven track record owning projects end-to-end, coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • High EQ and relationship-building skills; able to influence without formal authority.
  • Strong judgment, autonomy, and ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical fluency with calendar tools, project management software, collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; poise, professionalism and the ability to build relationships with leaders, employees and board members.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
  • Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation

$80-90K plus bonus potential. Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
