Your role with us:
Be the backbone of our Operations team, keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. Organise and coordinate day-to-day tasks, support key projects and gain hands-on experience across core business operations. This is a chance to learn, grow and make a real impact from day one while building a strong foundation for a career in operations.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with the Operations team to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and capture key notes.
- Provide administrative support, including project tracking, documentation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and update team documents, templates, checklists, and operational records for consistency and efficiency.
- Track tasks and projects across tools such as Notion, Jira, or Confluence to support visibility and accountability.
- Coordinate logistics for team events, travel arrangements, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Support knowledge management by formatting SOPs, uploading documents, and performing quality checks.
- Assist with internal presentations, data entry, and small-scale projects to streamline operational workflows.
- Strengthen team communication through reminders, updates and follow-ups.
- Build partnerships with Department Heads and facilitate operational meetings to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven track record in leading or supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experienced in developing and maintaining SOPs, process maps and operational frameworks.
- Skilled in tools such as Confluence, Jira and Notion for documentation, project tracking and team collaboration.
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Bonus Points If You Also Have:
- Sports, Gambling and Cryptocurrency knowledge advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) and Slack
