Revenue and Pricing Analyst (m/f/d)

The Revenue and Pricing Analyst (m/f/d) plays a key role in maximizing the company’s financial performance by analyzing data, monitoring market trends, and developing pricing and revenue strategies. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure optimal revenue management across markets.

About The Role

• Monitor & analyze regional results, competitor behavior and demand patterns and propose necessary actions on pricing, sales, marketing or RM
• Own the fare management process for the region. Define regional settings, fall back logics and verify implementation over the perimeter
• Support implementation of any commercial activities in the region, based on market strategy. This can include among others planning and setting up promotions, marketing and sales activities, A/B tests, etc.
• Build country-specific campaign calendar (mails, social media posts, …) and briefs for M&S channels (budget, rolling budget, bi-weekly sync)
• Propose commercial tactics to achieve business region goals and supporting on their execution
• Identify customer/product flow potential in respective region (social discounts discovery, special products, customer groups, willingness to pay)
• Keep overview about market news (country situation, new competitor, etc.)
• Propose topline forecasts for weekly and monthly updates
• Collect country-specific e-commerce needs, build business cases and pitch them

About You

• Bachelor´s Degree on Economy, Finance, Mathematics, Actuary or similar.
• 2- 3 years on similar role in Revenue Management or Commercial Development preferably in the hotel or airline industry.
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for profit optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of freedom and do not need constant guidanceFluent in English
