Commercial Retail Team Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Commercial Retail Team Lead (m/f/d) who will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy and operations in Chile, as well as managing the sales teams. This role is key to consolidating our growth in the local market and driving impact at a global level.

About The Role

• Design and implement national commercial strategies in our shops (taquillas).
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve business objectives, with availability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
• Analyze market trends and competition to adjust strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and forecasts for senior management, including global stakeholders.
• Design and implement strategic projects to maximize the channel performance.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and commercial targets.

About You

• Bachelor degree in Enginering, Business Administration or similar.
• Proven experience of 10 plus years leading sales teams in B2C businesses.
• Previous experience in retail (supermarkets, pharmacies, convenience stores, etc.).
• Knowledge of sales strategies, pricing, and team management.
• Analytical and strategic thinking.
• Experience leading teams remotely.
• Availability to travel up to 15-20% of the time.
• Fluent in English.
