The Role

We are seeking a senior product leader to help us shape and grow a new data platform for AI builders. This is a chance to join early, work hands-on with engineering and design, and influence how ML engineers and researchers manage data, train AI models, and build agents. You will bring product leadership and clarity by setting direction, validating ideas, and driving execution while collaborating closely with other leaders across product, engineering, and go-to-market. Your work will be key in making the platform a meaningful differentiator for our customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for the data platform, aligning with company goals.
• Engage directly with users and partners to understand needs, validate ideas, and drive product–market fit. 
• Collaborate with engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
• Monitor the market landscape to identify trends, competitive moves, and new opportunities.
• Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles — from prototype to production-ready solutions.
• Support go-to-market efforts by equipping sales, solutions, and marketing with the right product context.

We Expect You To Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on developer-first products or datainfrastructure.
• Proven track record of launching impactful products in fast-moving markets, working closely withengineering and design.
• Strong understanding of AI, data management, and cloud-native architectures; hands-on technicalbackground is a plus.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to dive deep into technicalconcepts.
• Skilled at driving cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to clearly explain technical concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.

It will be an added bonus if you have: 

• Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company.
• People management experience (building and mentoring product teams).
• Exposure to generative AI products, workflows, or research environments.
