Key job responsibilities

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated expertise in employee benefits management in Spain and/or Portugal
- Proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreements and regulatory requirements
- Experience with AI and technology tools for data analytics and process automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in developing scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Advanced knowledge of benefits-related data analysis
- Proven track record of technological innovation and process simplification
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse organizational environments
