We are seeking a candidate to lead Plan and Benefit testing for DDAT-NextGen Claims. This role involves understanding benefit structures and regulatory changes, staying current with testing practices and automation, and overseeing multifaceted Medicare workflows.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Strong analytical skills for designing and implementing test strategies
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on risk mitigation
- Proactive approach to anticipating challenges and driving improvements
- Excellent communication, able to simplify technical concepts
This role will be instrumental in helping us:
- Improve quality and reduce defects
- Expand testing coverage and accelerate cycles
- Implement best practices in testing
- Identify efficiencies to lower costs
Prior Relevant Work Experience
- 3+ years
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$83,430.00 - $203,940.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
