This opportunity in a nutshell

This role offers a hands-on opportunity to install, commission, and maintain industrial equipment at customer sites. You’ll be the key technical support partner—resolving breakdowns, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring optimal machine performance.

You’ll also play a part in strengthening customer relationships, promoting service contracts and spare parts, and collaborating with sales and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

What you need to be successful

• Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or service-based environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry.
• Skilled in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, especially for automated systems.
• Holds a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with at least 2 years’ technician experience.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and independent, with logical problem-solving abilities at customer sites.
• Willing to travel frequently and work on-site across North Luzon.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of electrical or automation systems is an advantage.
