Mechanical Engineer

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience in automotive product development;
  • Experience in CAD tools (NX is preferable) and Siemens Teamcenter integration;
  • Knowledge of CAE (FEA, Flowtherm, Moldflow);
  • Knowledge of mechanical components, devices, and injection mold development;
  • Advanced English (Constant meetings with cross functional areas in other locations - Europe, Asia, America and etc.);
  • (On-site -  Based in Campinas)

Differencial Skillset

- Experience with automotive Harness background - Skillsets and experience in - Designing vehicle wiring and harnesses assemblies, with knowledge of harness manufacture, harness assembly and harness installation in OEM

Job Responsibilities

  • Define concepts and technical specifications for new products and updates, ensuring technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and quality;
  • Develop and implement mechanical solutions in products and processes, considering deadlines, cost, and performance;
  • Research and propose new technologies, concepts, and production devices in collaboration with the engineering team;
  • Oversee homologation and validation tests, analyzing failures and suggesting continuous improvements;
  • Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation projects and new product development.
