As A Sleep Coach, You’Ll Be A Trusted Guide For Customers On Their Sleep Health Journey. You’Ll Work Collaboratively To Deliver Exceptional Service, Drive Business Growth, And Uphold Our Reputation For Excellence.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Achieve Sales Targets While Delivering Compassionate, Solution-Focused Service

• Coach Customers Through Their Sleep Health Journey, Offering Tailored Recommendations

• Stay Up To Date With Resmed’S Product Training And Knowledge

• Manage Client Follow-Ups, Prepare Reports, And Maintain Accurate Records

• Ensure Clinic Presentation Meets High Standards—Stock Management, Cleanliness, And Organization

• Maintain And Reprocess Trial Equipment

• Liaise Confidently With Third Parties When Needed

What You Bring

We’Re Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Experienced: Minimum 2 Years In Retail Or Customer Service, With Multitasking Skills

• Detail-Oriented: Pos, Cash Handling, And Visual Merchandising Experience

• Calm & Compassionate: Able To Support Customers With Empathy, Even Under Pressure

• A Strong Communicator: Adaptable, Confident, And Solution-Focused

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity With Myob Or Medtech Is A Plus

• Healthcare-Minded: Background In Pharmacy Or Healthcare Is Preferred
