Your Unique Contribution
This is a great opportunity to gain experience within a global business in this 6-month fixed term contract. Based in our Barangaroo office you will report into the Associate Director, Service Delivery APAC and offer first class customer service to the team in supporting and coaching new and existing employees with IT hardware and software operation.
We are looking for a convivial person who is focused on helping people to understand the broad range of IT systems and software which is used within Pernod Ricard. You will resolve the second level support issues which have been escalated from the external service desk.

- End-user IT Support – Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests for Pacific users (desktops, laptops, mobiles, O365, meeting room VC, printing, etc.) in person or remotely.
- Office IT Operations – Manage IT assets, lifecycle refresh (laptops, mobiles), and maintain stock accuracy in ServiceNow.
- Local Project Support – Act as onsite IT contact for office moves, rollouts, or global initiatives (network upgrades, security deployments).
- Vendor Coordination – Liaise with external providers (e.g., HCL, telco, hardware suppliers) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- User Satisfaction & Training – Build positive user experience through clear communication, floor-walking, and User training (coaching) when required.

As well as having a passion for challenge and being fiercely authentic, you will also bring:
- A strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams etc
- Ability to troubleshoot IT hardware (laptop, VC and meeting room equipment etc) and mobile device issues e.g. iPhone, iPad etc.
- Strong verbal communication with experience training others on applications
- Understanding on how to deliver a first-class customer care service and offer a Wow factor
- Ability to organise own work and prioritise according to incoming requirements.
