Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
Business & Team: CTO

Impact &contribution: The Engineering Manager is expected to lead the strategic development and optimization of platforms like ServiceNow, aligning technical execution with broader business goals. Defining platform roadmaps (IRM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and aligning them with digital transformation initiatives . Overseeing design, deployment, and automation workflows to enhance scalability and efficiency . Collaborating across business units and managing vendor relationships . Ensuring adherence to security and data governance standards. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap for ServiceNow platform capabilities (IRM, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM etc.).
• Align platform development with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, architects, and business analysts.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement automation and AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participates in routine governance activities as it pertains to CSDM and data within the ServiceNow platform.
• Monitor platform usage and performance metrics, recommending enhancements as needed.

Essential Skills:

• 12 –15 years of experience in ITSM/ITOM, with 5- 6 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, System Administrator).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
