Job Summary

Responsible for manage sales compensation by commis,Incent calculations, administering special discounts, developing effective sales support systems.

Job Description

  • Calculate commission for sales channels and summarize commission payments
  • Manage project-related calculations and configure on-top promotions/discounts in the Channel Management (CM) system
  • Create or update profiles in related systems to support sales performance (e.g., new subscribers, revenue) such as My Goal App, ECM Mart
  • Define user and change requirements, design automation processes, and conduct UAT for system/app development
  • Provide channel support including troubleshooting and reconciling sales performance
  • Handle other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in incentive management, sales performance analysis, or compensation planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), with experience in incentive management systems and related platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
