Role Description
The role is supporting the Third Party Contracts (TPC) Centre of Excellence with responsibilities also within the Data and Analytics team.
The roles will predominantly focus on:
- Creating data mining architectures/models/protocols, statistical reports, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets
- Researching and applying knowledge of existing and emerging data science principles, theories, and techniques to inform business decisions
- As Data Steward within the TPC Centre of Excellence Team, they will ensure the quality, accuracy, and security of contract data within our CLM system accuracy, and security within the dbContractsPro system. You will manage data governance, metadata, access control, and compliance with relevant policies (e.g., GDPR, InfoSec). This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reliability of our contract data. Ensure contract data quality, accuracy, and security within the CLM system. Manage data governance, metadata management, and access control.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, including GDPR and InfoSec.
- Define and maintain system master data and govern the metadata model.
- Validate contract metadata accuracy through established controls and evaluation criteria.
- Contribute to TPC data strategy development and alignment with bank-wide policies.

Your Key Responsibilities
There are critical F4 audit findings that tie to these data standards being upheld (Reporting & Governance)
The role sits within the wider Data and Analytics function which will provide much support and infrastructure to ensure the success of the candidate.
- You will manage existing pipelines and technology stack of SQL (big Query), Python, Tableau, , Google Cloud. To ensure the standards and data quality is upheld.
- Successful candidate to be able to leverage industry best practise and knowledge on data standards, around data Fabrics, metadata management.
- Deep understanding of contract knowledge key data fields is preferred, additional knowledge of Sirion and their data schema is advantageous.
- Experience of managing teams would be beneficial. Ability to work with an influence managers to a Director level is expected, across GP.
- Emerging data science principles, or willingness to develop these skills is critical. Principals like building digital librarian using AI, AI Agents to monitor data in real time, data fabrics. A modern leadership on this topics is essential.
- Principals of good governance of contracts data should be ensured applicable across the wider Data and Analytics function, where principals and investment is applied more widely.
- You develop a sound understanding of the various tools and entire suite of analytical offerings on the standard procurement insights platform called dbPi.
- You support our stakeholders by understanding their requirements
Your skills and experience
We are looking for talents with a Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Sciences from an accredited college or university (or equivalent) to develop analytical solutions for our stakeholders to support strategic decision making. Any professional certification in Advanced Analytics, Data Visualisation and Data Science related domain is a plus.
