About The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Analytics project Lead/ Business analyst to drive project governance, analytics delivery, and business interaction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum & Kanban) using JIRA, along with proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI. This role bridges project management and business analysis, ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions aligned.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and track analytics project portfolios using JIRA, leveraging both Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and define business benefits for ROI measurement.
  • Facilitate requirement-gathering meetings to ensure smooth backlog delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and dependencies, and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports to track project status, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage the backlog and pipeline to ensure timely delivery of data and reports.
  • Foster effective cross-functional collaboration across teams including Digital, Sales, Engineering, Operations, HR, and Finance.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives, ensuring milestones and objectives are delivered on time.
  • Work closely with the Analytics Leader to establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms for key operational processes.
  • Deliver clear and concise operational and project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models.
  • Partner with the Analytics Lead and business teams to prioritize initiatives.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure alignment between business expectations and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 5+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, including at least 2 years in project management and business analysis roles within analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive experience with JIRA, including Kanban and Scrum workflows.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with global teams, including stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience with Excel, and other office products.
  • Exposure to visualization products (QlikSense or PowerBI) along with data warehousing concepts.

What Makes You Eligible

  • Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel.
  • Be willing to work in Bangalore, India.
