The Role

キンドリルは、戦略的かつ創造的で、チームワークに優れた自律的なB2Bマーケティングの専門家を募集しています。ABM（アカウントベースドマーケティング: 特定アカウントを対象とするマーケティング）及びPursuit Marketing（パースートマーケティング: 特定ディールを対象とするマーケティング）を通じたフィールドマーケターの役割は、対象アカウントのパイプラインの醸成や売上目標の達成に寄与する重要な役割であり、アカウントの成功のみならずビジネス目標に直結する高い柔軟性を持つポジションです。 

本ポジションでは、マトリックス組織におけるステークホルダーの期待値を適切にコントロールし、対象となる業界及びアカウントレベルで測定可能な成果を生む高付加価値のマーケティングプログラムをキャンペーンチームやソリューションチーム、そしてアカウントチームと密接に連携して企画・実行します。

フィールドマーケティングマネージャーは、ビジネス目標及びアカウントの成功に不可欠な役割を担い、アカウントチームや営業リーダーとの深いパートナーシップを築くことが求められます。市場、エコシステム、アカウントの課題、キンドリルのサービス・提供内容に関する深い知識を活かし、営業と共創でマーケティングプログラムを構築し、顧客との関係を強化し、ビジネス成長を促進します。

Who You Are

• ビジネス目標に基づいた対象アカウント向けアカウントベースドマーケティング戦略の定義、計画、実行

• ビジネス目標に基づいた対象ディール向けパースートマーケティング戦略の定義、計画、実行

• マーケティングチーム、営業リーダー、コンサルタントとの信頼関係を築き、適切な合意形成を通じてビジネス成果を最大化

• マーケティングチームと連携し、各ターゲットアカウント／セグメントに最も効果的なメッセージ、バリュープロポジション、コンテンツ、チャネル、Cta（行動喚起）を特定

• キャンペーンチームと連携し、ターゲットキャンペーンのコンセプト、カスタムコンテンツ、クリエイティブ開発を推進し、アカウントレベルでのブランド認知、パイプラインの醸成、売上目標の達成を実現

• 複数のプロジェクトを同時並行的に実行するため、ゴールから逆算したプロジェクトのタイムラインを設定し、プロジェクトのデリバリー品質、リソース、予算を管理

• 顧客、マーケット、テクノロジートレンドを深く理解し、新たなビジネス機会を継続的に評価し、業務にフィードバック

• 自社のビジネス、サービス、競合との差別化要素、顧客の主要課題への対応方法を深く理解

• 業界向けソリューションに関するアカウント固有のコンテンツを作成し、業界専門家としての信頼性を構築

• プログラム全体を通じて、マーケティングプランで定義されたKpiを追跡し、評判、関係性、最終的なビジネス成長への影響を継続的に最適化

• 組織全体での信頼を獲得し、他のマーケティングリーダーや同僚と連携して強固な関係を維持

望ましい要件

• コンサルティング業界または製造業界におけるマーケティングまたは営業経験

• アカウントベースドマーケティング（パースートマーケティング）の経験

• インダストリーマーケティングの経験
