About You And The Role:

Join our DSS – STP Digital & Sourcing team as a Business Process Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of procurement. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital sourcing events, leveraging advanced analytics to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead digital sourcing initiatives and implement process improvements aligned with business strategy.
• Apply advanced analytics and e-sourcing tools to support negotiations and maximize value creation.
• Define business requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate them into system configurations.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and support across sourcing processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to business case development for new digital solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, procurement, or supply chain.
• Advanced proficiency in structuring data within analytical tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Python.
• Experience with e-sourcing platforms, especially Coupa Sourcing Optimization, is a strong advantage.
• Foundational understanding of data models and coding logic with a good grasp of how data is structured and its logic.
• Good understanding of business and financial concepts aligned with sourcing, including cost analysis and market insights.

Your Skills:

• Curiosity and interest in exploring and working with new technologies to improve processes.
• Practical experience with sourcing tools and improving and optimizing sourcing workflows.
• Strong skills in managing projects and staying organized, with the ability to focus and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Notes:

• No relocation support is provided for this role.
• In a Hybrid set up a minimum of 4 days in a week the person is expected to be in office however, In case of any emergency you can have alignment with your leader.
