What You’ll Do

💧 Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and care
💧 Handle collections, payments, and data entry with accuracy
💧 Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently
💧 Support customers with billing and account questions
💧 Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver five-star service

What We’re Looking For

✔ 3+ years of customer service experience (office, call center, or admin)
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Excellent communication and multitasking skills
✔ High attention to detail and reliability
✔ Positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
✔ High school diploma or GED required — NetSuite experience a plus!
