We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as 25903748 Officer, Data Analytics -C11- Hybrid based in Pune, India.  Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decision and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5- 8 years of experience Data Analytics in risk management, internal controls, audit, or a similar function within a financial services environment.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with Technology teams.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and modern engineering practices (e.g., Agile).
• Experience in workforce planning or forecasting is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of operational risk management frameworks and control principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, concise reports and recommendations.
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
