Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Perform monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets and all entities across all classes. Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.
What will you do?
- Perform monthly reconciliation of reclaims of all the markets to ensure 'zero exposure'.
- Completion of attestation process once in every 6 months.
- Create and maintain different dashboards to increase the visibility of market owners and leadership team.
- Maintain QB Deck file in collaboration with all market owners.
- Creation of report (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) to increase visibility and footprint
- Answering all the data requests from internal and external business units
- Preparation of monthly and yearly (SOL wise) reconciliation overview report to be sent to Risk team.
- Responsible for reconciliation (agent report, reconciliation report, attestation report) data archival.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have
- Excellent knowledge in EXCEL
- Able to understand the flow of reconciliation (downstream) between agent/custodian/client.
- Able to work independently collaborating with Sub custodian/External Stakeholder and Internal Team
- Knowledge in VBA is a plus
