Who You Are:
You are a strategic, digitally savvy leader with a deep understanding of the E-Commerce landscape and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You have a proven ability to drive business growth, optimize site performance, and lead high-performing regional and global teams. You are analytical and insights-driven, yet creative and brand-focused, with a strong point of view on how to elevate the end-to-end digital journey. You lead with clarity, collaboration, and confidence, bringing people together around a shared vision and inspiring them to deliver results.
What You’Ll Do:
- Develop and drive strategies that both drive revenue and provide continuous optimization of the customer experience online.
- Understand market trends to both influence and partner with VPs of Consumer Marketing, Merchandising, and Planning as it relates to forecasting, pricing strategies, and marketing optimization strategies.
- Drive operational efficiencies in partnership with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Revenue Assurance, Compliance and other operational partners.
- Lead relationships with internal as well as external technical partners that support the online customer experience.
- Work alongside executive leadership on maximizing P&L opportunities.
- Oversee and manage the E-commerce team, aligning individual goals and objectives with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Lead with an innovation and growth mindset, continuously challenging expectations and norms to meet the evolving digital customer’s expectations.
- Lead business strategy that defines global digital product roadmap leveraging user testing, analytics, and market research.
- Lead personalization strategy to maximize on site customer journeys.
You’Ll Need To Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or comparable work experience)
- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in direct or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, best practices, and overall industry trends.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving e-commerce performance.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management
We’D Love To See:
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield, Contentsquare, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with PIM, DAM, and CMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and prioritize workload to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically and develop achievable long-term goals
