Pay Range: $68,000 – $72,000 (based on experience) 

About Us
 The Learning Experience in Mt Pleasant is a fast‑growing early education center dedicated to delivering high‑quality care and learning experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Executive Center Director to lead operational execution, staff development, and growth at our site.

What You’ll Do
 • Oversee all day‑to‑day operations of the center: schedules, staffing, compliance, safety, and enrollment
 • Manage budgets, P&L, and resource allocation
 • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach teachers and staff
 • Ensure curriculum implementation with fidelity, conduct observations, and support instructional improvements
 • Maintain licensing, regulatory compliance, health & safety standards
 • Lead parent engagement, tours, community outreach
 • Collaborate with regional leadership on marketing, expansion, and strategic initiatives

What You Bring
 • 5+ years of leadership in early education / childcare / preschool settings
 • Strong business acumen: budgeting, metrics, operational oversight
 • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict management skills
 • Deep understanding of early childhood development, curriculum, classroom best practices
 • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Education, ECE, Business, or related)
