Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong command of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development

• Design, build, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs and enhance user experience.
• Implement advanced features such as triggers, workflows, and automation processes.

System Optimization

• Analyze existing Salesforce workflows and configurations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Apply best practices in system architecture, data management, and performance tuning.

Project Leadership

• Lead Salesforce-related projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.

Documentation & Training

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on new features and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field desired.
• 10 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, ETL processes, and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Developer, Certified Administrator).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise system integration.
