Job Description
Leidos is seeking a Project Manager Scheduler to support planning and execution of facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure projects. This role will serve as a key contributor to the success of facilities programs by ensuring that project milestones, maintenance schedules, and operational requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Project Manager Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance, safety, and longevity of equipment and facilities. The role involves coordinating maintenance teams, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in facility lifecycle management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and the coordination of contractors and internal stakeholders in operational environments. They will play a critical role in defining, implementing, and refining scheduling and planning processes to improve project visibility and performance tracking across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and corrective maintenance activities across facilities to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and asset histories.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate maintenance services.
- Assist in the preparation of Maintenance Activities (MAs), Let Me IN request (LMI), Stakeholder Meetings and Presentations.
- Generate reports related to maintenance activities, such as after-action reports on equipment performance, recommend improvements or replacements, staffing concern or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Support the Facilities Manager in administrative tasks and documentation and other task assigned.
- Assist with audits and inspections related to facility maintenance.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on project and maintenance schedule status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
- Work closely with facility operations teams, contractors, engineers, and support services to ensure timely completion of building system repairs, renovations, and inspections.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project planning, preventive maintenance, and asset management processes.
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking for facility maintenance and infrastructure programs.
- Interpret and apply technical information such as blueprints, specifications, and maintenance manuals to aid in project planning and execution.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and accessibility standards are met in all project planning and execution activities.
Basic Qualifications
- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 12 – 15 years of related experience in facilities project management, maintenance scheduling, or infrastructure planning.
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Knowledge of maintenance management systems or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance procedures and safety standards.
- Proven experience in preventive maintenance planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to maintenance.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proven experience scheduling and coordinating facility maintenance, construction, and operations projects.
- Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and structural systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning, asset management, and work order scheduling.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, ADA, and other regulatory standards applicable to facilities management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a facilities management environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- PMP, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or LEED AP.
- Experience with federal, DoD, or GSA-managed facilities and understanding of relevant standards and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and facility lifecycle cost modeling.
- Experience coordinating contractor/vendor performance, including issuing scopes of work, monitoring deliverables, and managing timelines.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives in facility operations.
- Strong data analysis skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize maintenance and project performance metrics.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
