About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Planet Fitness - NJ/MA One World Fitness in Bridgeton, NJ, as a Weekend Part-Time team member! This role is perfect for energetic individuals looking to contribute to a positive gym environment while providing exceptional service to our members.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist members with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym and equipment.
• Monitor gym activities to ensure safety and adherence to policies.
• Assist with member inquiries and provide information about services.
• Support the team with special events and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as check-ins and membership processing.
• Encourage a welcoming atmosphere to enhance member experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends from 12pm-7pm.
• Basic knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles.
• Positive demeanor and a commitment to providing excellent service.
