The Visual Merchandising Manager (Accessories – M/W/K and Kids) supports the Sr Director Visual Merchandising while managing the visual presentation for Accessories and Kids through-out the product lifecycle from adoption to in-store execution. This role will work closely with Visual Merchandising, Visual Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Field Leadership and Allocation partners.
Responsibilities:
- Focused accountability on Accessories and Kids (Outlet), Visual Merchandising
- Collaborate on shared initiatives and special projects, ensuring consistency across departments
- Act as main visual merchandising point person to a Accessories and Kids’s Merchant teams
- Responsible for merchandising new creative presentations for all (Accessories and Kids Outlet)
- Collaborate with CFTs to understand Design Codes/Big Idea vision and needs for each season
- Collaborate with CFTs during buy process to ensure the planned assortment aligns with visual space and strategy for the season
- Use this information to create Priority Maps and Line List files
- Build and execute presentations using SketchUp and in collaboration with CFTs and Merchandising Team partners
- Partner with Merchants in creation of key looks for the season
- Photograph and catalog all photos and mannequin looks seasonally
- Partner with Visual Operations team on finalizing documents and communication to stores
- Responsible for merchandising new creative presentations for Accessories and Kids’s monthly Floorset Documents and seasonal Woodbury Execution setups
- Partner with Planning Team to determine any sku updates/changes in preparation for monthly Floorset Signoff milestones
- Collaborate with CFTs to review Floorset presentations prior to seasonal Woodbury Execution
- Execute Woodbury Execution presentations in collaboration with CFT and Merchandising Team partners
- Attend and participate in all Woodbury Execution workthroughs and team walkthroughs
- Support new merchant initiatives, by provide suggested merchandising set ups to accommodate needs and address objectives of tests, as related to Accessories and Kid’s
- Mannequin looks and Displays
- Collaborate with CFT partners on pulling and dressing of all in-store mannequin looks
- Execute and photograph seasonal displays and mannequin looks for Accessories and Kid’s
- Competitive Shopping
- Create and maintain a library of competitive shopping photos and inspirational images
- Organize images and create inspiration boards for presentations as necessary
- Organize monthly competitive shopping trips, create a comprehensive agenda for each trip
- Participate in seasonal comp shopping trips, focused on current merchandising needs in all departments
- Sample Management
- Oversee organization of Kids apparel and accessories samples
- Training Content
- Collaborate with Visual Operations team to contribute merchandising information for all necessary training documents and contribute merchandising information for VMCS Principles
- Must be able to participate in/manage the merchandising of other divisions as needed
- NSOs
- Attend major NSOs as necessary, plan and oversee execution of merchandising presentations
- Collaborate with CFTs to understand Design Codes/Big Idea vision and needs for each season

Qualifications:
- College Degree in Visual, Marketing preferred or relevant visual retail experience
- 6-8 years of experience in Visual Presentation
- High aesthetic and excellent visual merchandising skills
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
- Strong negotiation skills
- Professional demeanor and proactive approach
- Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing priorities

Pay Range:$84,200---$113,700PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
