This is a 6-month contract assignment which will start on October 2025 to March 2026.
As a Tax Manager/ Assistant Manager you will be responsible for both Singapore and International tax matters. You will be working closely with our in-house global tax team and act as a liaison with external tax advisor.
Key Role And Responsibility:
Tax Compliance Management:
- Assist with the direct tax compliances (e.g. Singapore corporate income tax, US federal, local and state tax, etc.).
- Assist with indirect tax compliances (e.g. Singapore GST, German VAT, US Sales and Use tax, etc.)
- Work closely with accounting and finance team to ensure that statutory requirements are met.
Annual And Quarterly Tax Provisioning:
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax provisions.
- Work closely with local accounting and finance team to obtain required supporting information and documents.
Tax Audit Management:
- Assist with inquiries and manage tax audits effectively and maintain a close relationship with tax authorities to facilitate smooth audit processes.
- Work closely with local accounting and finance team to obtain required supporting information and documents.
- Transfer Pricing Compliance Management & Advisory:
- Coordinate and/or prepare transfer pricing documentation in collaboration with local advisers. Manage risk assessments and prepare defence files.

- Review contracts to identify and mitigate potential tax risks.

Mandatory Requirements
- More than 6 years’ experience in the Tax Services, preferably with both consulting/public accounting and in-house experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tax or Accounting
- Ability to lead & work closely with stakeholders from all levels
Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience in digital service and/or telecom industry
- Ability to take on challenge and work under pressure
- CA/CPA would be a plus
