You’ll be based in the recently refurbished Sydney CBD office and report to the Senior Events Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of a high volume of virtual, in-person and hybrid events, seminars and sponsorship activations as part of both the Sydney and national internal and client events program

  • Budget management
  • Developing tactical and creative event concepts that engage both internal stakeholders and the event audience
  • Drafting event communications including invitations and associated collateral
  • Setting up and management of event guest lists in our client database
  • Co-ordination of on-brand collateral associated with the event; including invitations, brochures, signage, menus, name badges, seating plans and place cards

  • Researching, sourcing and recommending appropriate venues for events as required
  • Reporting of event attendance and event feedback
  • Actively collaborating with and supporting colleagues across the national events marketing team to generate ideas, share information and help with capacity.

About You

To set you up for success in this role, your enthusiasm for events will be evident and your professional approach will be valued. You will have a natural curiosity to seek the best strategy for a successful event, and the drive to elevate them every time.

As a brand ambassador for the firm, you understand what is expected when reputation drives revenue. Our People Value Proposition is Learn. Master. Lead. You will apply this to the position when you bring:

  • Reliability, adaptability and a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • High level of computer skills, with experience in word-processing (i.e. Microsoft Word), spreadsheets (i.e. Excel), and presentation packages (i.e. PowerPoint)
