The Product Support Analyst serves as the first point of contact for external customer inquiries or incidents. Responsible for answering questions, creating tickets, and resolving basic issues. Escalates complex cases and collaborates with higher-level analysts.
We are looking for a Product Support Analyst who will:
- Handle initial customer calls and inquiries.
- Create and manage incident tickets.
- Resolve low-complexity issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Assist internal teams with troubleshooting and service restoration.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
