This new role within the Global Practice Management division in FinTech Client Support is designed to support the ongoing operations of the ServiceNow platform and its Business Owners. As a ServiceNow Business Process Expert, you will be as a strategic link between internal business stakeholders and the technical platform administration team, ensuring that business requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.

Who are we looking for?

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules; familiarity with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow AI features.
• Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow implementations (as a Business Analyst or Consultant).
• Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or PMP).
• A client-centric mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We Expect:

• Gather requirements and map them to ServiceNow capabilities.
• Be the point of contact for all stakeholders from requirements gathering to delivery stage.
• Oversee roadmap planning, feature delivery, and internal/external communications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Supervise post-deployment satisfaction and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Act as a training and enablement specialist for internal teams and clients to maximize ServiceNow adoption and value.
• Lead the analysis and enhancement of customer support processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and leveraging data insights.
• Collaborate with Client Support teams to address challenges, develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction, and evaluate the impact of operational changes.

This role is based in Vilnius but may involve international travel to our other offices and clients. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
