What You’Ll Do & Who You Are
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Listing Posting team, based in Paris, which focuses on the entire lifecycle of ads on leboncoin.
In this role, your main goal will be to streamline the ad posting process and enrich the content of listings.
You will work closely with the Engineering Manager within a cross-functional team composed of backend and frontend developers, UX designers, data scientists, and data & insights specialists.
Your Responsibilities :
- Define and lead the strategic product roadmap, ensuring alignment between long-term vision, quarterly goals, and day-to-day execution
- Coordinate with teams that share strong product dependencies
- Orchestrate collaboration between the Tech, Real Estate, Automotive, and Data teams to achieve ambitious cross-functional objectives
- Establish and communicate short-, medium-, and long-term priorities aligned with the company’s overall strategy
- Design and evolve the strategic vision for the ad lifecycle, anticipating market trends and technological innovations
- Effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, balancing their needs with product objectives and gaining their buy-in
- Implement processes and standards to ensure every product development is clearly defined, measurable, and executed with excellence
- Lead strategic communication around product evolution and the roadmap, adapting messaging for different audiences across the organization
- Foster a data-driven culture within the product team by defining strategic KPIs and driving continuous optimization based on these metrics
Profile :
- Master’s degree (or equivalent).
- Significant experience (5–8 years) and a strong track record in product management, ideally within a marketplace or pure-player environment
- Solid product sense, creativity, and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Long-term strategic vision and alignment with company goals
- Advanced technical and analytical skills (notably with data tools such as Tableau or Piano)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mastery of product development methodologies and complex roadmap management
- Strong business orientation and understanding of economic models
- Capacity for innovation and solving complex problems
- You are fluent in french
- Solid product sense, creativity, and the ability to challenge the status quo
- Strong leadership and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
