Job Description As a Training Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting with the growth and development of our Franchise team. In addition, you will ensure a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO® Franchise procedures and processes.  Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Support Training Administration & Classes.
• Assist with maintaining and auditing training documentation.
• Assist with managing asset assignments and inventory.
• Conduct Training Evaluations.
• Communicate with Training Supervisor on the status of all training initiatives.
• Continue professional development of SERVPRO specific skills and expertise including field-based work.
• Take ownership over Safety & Risk Management.
• Expected 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English & Spanish Required
• Superb communication and public speaking skills, with ability to professionally interact with SERVPRO employees and vendors.
• Ability to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new software and adapt to new programs.
• Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office & field crew.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (I.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Driver’s License and clean driving record
