Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage debt collection for all assigned countries within Benelux (Follow up on overdue, disputes, Credit Limit Utilization)
  • Maintaining good relationships & cooperation with partners and customers
  • Ensuring the aging and bad debts of assigned markets are meeting the critical metrics
  • Ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures
  • Proactiveness in anticipating the service/customer needs
  • Suggest continuous improvement ideas and support standardization

This is an 18-month temporary position based in Prague – Jinonice, with no relocation assistance provided.

The LEGO® Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations. The purpose of the BSO is to create an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years!

The goal of our Accounts Receivable (AR) team is to provide our company consistent, high quality and customer oriented execution of AR processes through partners' management, and thereby enable the BSO to succeed in delivering great value to the LEGO organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience from a position which requires communication skills with customers and partners and at the same time pays attention to details ideally from international company/shared service center
  • SAP is an advantage and MS Office knowledge is a must (mainly Outlook, Excel at the common user level)
  • Personal drive, excellent collaboration skills
  • Confidence in making informed and justifiable decisions for own functional area
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve desired outcome

What Would Be An Advantage:

  • Understanding various operating systems and processes
  • Being flexible and able to embrace changes, having proactive approach with a can-do attitude
