We are currently seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking People Project Manager & Consultant to join our People Culture & Change team in scoping, defining, supporting and executing People-related Transformations, Projects and Programmes.

This role is a hybrid of People Project Manager and People Consultant. It will lead delivery of People Projects using agreed project management governance and methodologies, as well as consulting services through advising, shaping and delivering on change management, organisation design and culture change activities.

Your New Role

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Leads, or directly supports, programmes and projects in order to facilitate their successful initiation, delivery and implementation and co-ordinates reporting and analysis through monitoring progress, identifying and highlighting risks and recommending appropriate action.
  • Manages assigned People projects to delivery within agreed timeframes, scope and budget with effective stakeholder engagement throughout
  • Collaborates with the wider People team (locally and globally) and project stakeholders to fully understand/agree project goals, benefits, measures, drivers and resources
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with the People team, managers and other key stakeholders to support the delivery of People strategy and project goals.
  • Actively manages/participates in and contributes to projects to ensure successful achievement of objectives and goals.
  • Regularly reviews project plans to monitor progress, reporting any variances and making recommendations to resolve these.

People Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Play a lead role in delivering Organisation Effectiveness, People Change and Culture/Behaviour Change transformations/projects, ensuring scoped and approved initiatives are delivered and embedded in the International Division through proper planning, delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Develops & supports Organisation Effectiveness (OD, People Change & Culture Change) plans and strategies for key stakeholder groups in partnership with various functions and project teams to ensure change and transformation efforts are accepted and embedded in the International Division
  • Determines potential impacts of Organisational Design and People/Culture Change to the business across processes, OD, data, systems, ways of working and skills, as well as evaluates risk factors
  • Partners across the programme and stakeholder groups to determine levels of readiness to accept change and iterates change plans as required
  • Plays a key role in partnership with Communications resources and the People Centres of Excellence in designing and executing activities to support Organisation Effectiveness and People Change adoption across the business
  • Works across People and the business to accelerate leadership role modelling of changes

About You

  • In depth knowledge of, and experience of using, change & project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience of leading organisation effectiveness & change interventions in a dynamic and agile environment.
  • Proven strength at business partnering and stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Ability to deliver programmes across wide range of stakeholder groups.
  • Experience in leveraging technology to drive engagement and input into core change activities.
  • Experience of managing multiple priorities, often with time sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills (inc. conflict resolution).
  • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written forms.
  • Strong understanding of change Management methodologies - Ideally PROSCI certified
