Christiana Care is looking for a full-time Senior Executive Assistant to provide executive level administrative support to the Campus President to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency; supports executive with strategic system-wide functions/programs.
Primary point of contact for internal and external interactions. Position requires an independent thinker and leader who can function effectively in a rapidly growing and changing environment and bring a strong attention to detail, a passion for service, and highly effective communications.
Provide departmental coordination activities including, but not limited to scheduling, team workforce management and administration.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities:
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the senior executive, on matters related to the executive’s programmatic initiatives.
Provides a link for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
Anticipates executive's needs and aids ensure executive is prepared for daily activities. Assures planning and coordination of executive’s complex calendar of events; schedules appointments, speaking engagements, conferences, and others, and prepares detailed itineraries, complete with necessary accommodation, etc.
Provides administrative support to executive, including but limited to attending meetings, acting summaries at meetings, preparing agenda, typing, and drafting correspondence, schedule meetings and meeting rooms, maintaining up to date filing system, screening incoming calls, taking accurate telephone messages, preparing PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets. Prepares any travel arrangements and compiles reimbursement documentation, completes corporate credit card reconciliations.
Maintains supply inventory, ordering and updating as needed. Kronos, timekeeping management and Workday reports.
Research and completes special projects/assignments as required. May be called upon to support various system wide strategic initiatives.
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues; determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
Maintains supply inventory, ordering and updating as needed. Ensures a well-organized, clean, and smoothly functioning administration suite environment through proactive support and attention to detail.

Hours: Day Shift
Education And Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completion of a business college program in Business Administration, Office Administration, Liberal Arts, Human Services, or a related field, preferred.
Five years administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior level executive.

Annual Compensation Range $73,611.20 - $117,790.40This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
