Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and logistics teams to continuously improve product quality and process by using DOE, SPC, MSA, 6 Sigma tools, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex product quality and process issues.
- Analyze product quality issues and conduct an appropriate testing and battery (Semi-product, Cell, Module) tear-down analysis to find a root cause
- Develop and conduct internal process audit for all areas of focus in the manufacturing process.
- Document and process and product non-conformities, follow-up on corrective actions, and verify its effectiveness
- Conduct internal Audit base on customer's requirement and including 3rd party /
- Customer's Audit
- Collect and analyze critical quality data, metrics, KPI's, etc.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and tools
- Support quality process training and cooperate with other processes in case
- Provide daily / weekly / monthly reports on problem areas to management
- Flexible schedule to address issues at work as they arise and to attend meetings base on oversees schedules
- Perform any duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or Related Field
- Knowledge in quality control tools and techniques (e.g., SPC, MSA)
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Six Sigma or certified Quality engineer (CQE) Certification or related
- Experience in a battery manufacturing industry
- IATF 16949 internal auditor or VDA 6.3 auditor certification
- 2+ years in experience of automotive manufacturing or related industry
