Data Analysis Specialist

Role And Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of a comprehensive data analysis system
• Build views, data marts, and data pipelines using SQL and ETL tools
• Use SQL and data tools to analyze and organize production, equipment, and testing data
• Create and manage dashboards and reports that communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the technology and manufacturing teams to obtain requirements for their data needs
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and create data-driven solutions to meet business needs
• Process raw data from various systems into readily usable formats
• Identify and interpret data trends and patterns using dashboards and other indicators
• Identify opportunities for data acquisition and conduct complex data analyses with SMEs
• Enhance general data quality and reliability

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, IT, or similar field
• 1+ year of experience in a data engineering or data analysis or similar role
• Technical expertise with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data marts
• Proficiency in data visualization using tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
• IT System operation and maintenance experience
• Knowledge of programming languages, networks, and IT infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Any accredited certification in data engineering or analysis
• Experience with data engineering/analysis in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Alteryx, HDFS, Kafka, Nifi, Apache Kudu, and/or Impala
• AI and ML experience
• Korean language proficiency
