Continuous Improvement Specialist

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Continuous improvement Specialist to lead and drive our operational excellence initiatives, starting with foundational 5s activities. This role is critical to shaping a clean, efficient, and safe workplace culture through implementation of 5s principles and continuous improvement practices. Start by planning, implementing, and evaluating 5s activities to enhance the production environment and culture.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

1. Initiate manufacturing innovation activities with 5S
