Resource management (RM) team is a pivotal point of all our staff, projects and sales. We support optimal planning and allocation of our employees and contractors to projects. We collect and analyse the demand for particular project roles and competences, we forecast future needs and address them proactively. We take care of the flow of information between all interested parties, which makes the RM Team the real nervous system for the whole organization. 

  • We are looking for:
  • Resource Planning Intern

Your Future Role:

  • Support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding and administrative tasks related to project contractors,
  • Regularly collect and report information on project contractor demand and engagement,
  • Cooperate with internal IT and Human Capital teams,
  • Maintain work orders with external providers,
  • Ensure smooth and continuous flow of information,
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of staff- and project-related data in internal systems,
  • Provide up-to-date CVs for sales offers,
  • Prepare reports,
  • Support other resource planning operations.

Apply If You Have:

  • A good memory for names (people, projects, etc.) and the ability to learn them quickly,
  • The ability to connect the dots and identify situations requiring staff reallocation,
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to ask for help when needed,
  • A focus on quality and openness to admitting mistakes,
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure,
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
  • Curiosity, openness and a proactive approach,
  • Ability to learn and use various tools,
  • Very good command of English (at least B2, spoken and written),
  • Native Polish language skills.

  • Some experience in office work.
