What You’Ll Do

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and enablement programmes for sales and customer success teams, ensuring they are role-specific, practical, and tied to go-to-market priorities.
  • Build and maintain practical toolkits, guides, and playbooks that make it easy for teams to adopt best practices, follow consistent messaging, and deliver customer value.
  • Capture and share best practices and success stories from the field, ensuring they are refined, documented, and reused across teams.
  • Lead initiatives to certify sales teams on value-based selling and go-to-market priorities.
  • Track adoption and impact of enablement activities, using data to drive improvements in ramp time, win rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, sales leaders, and customer success managers to co-create and update enablement content, ensuring it is current, relevant, and impactful.
  • Champion a customer-first, partner-enabled culture in all enablement activities, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the ecosystem.
  • Drive innovation in enablement delivery, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, personalisation, and impact.
  • Support frontline managers with coaching kits and resources to help them lead meaningful, customer-centric conversations.
  • Continuously engage with customer-facing teams to gather insights and shape enablement programmes based on real needs.

What You’Ll Bring

  • Proven experience in sale enablement and in customer-facing role in B2B sales, sales development or customer success management (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills; able to engage diverse sales audiences and make complex topics accessible.
  • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and enablement for sales roles, including partners.
  • Demonstrated success in building practical enablement resources (toolkits, playbooks, guides) and driving adoption at scale.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative, proactive approach—curious, creative, and always seeking better ways to help teams succeed.
  • High interest in AI and experience using AI-based tools or automation to enhance learning, communication, or operational efficiency.
  • Comfortable using basic video editing tools to support training and communication.
  • Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
