The Maintenance Service Coordinator is responsible for arranging services for emergency and non-emergency preventive maintenance and repair work ensuring repairs are completed on time. They are responsible for responding to calls, email and utilizing each department’s support staff serving as a point of contact for maintenance issues and concerns and will solicit feedback for areas of improvement. They are also accountable to ensure time and parts charged are accurate before closing out orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with maintenance repair facilities in coordinating work, processing invoices, proper parts and labor coding, and quality control.
- Supports and coordinates efforts between outside support services and internal team members in support of successfully maintaining. Maintenance Services and Mission Critical Equipment.
- Schedule company assets for services due in each supporting repair facility, ensuring nothing goes past due.
- Review internal and external repair orders and ensure time and parts charged are accurate before closing out orders.
- Flag internal and external repair work orders for policy/warranty support when reviewing during or prior to closing out work orders.
- Ensure the CMMS Program (RTA) is accurate and up to date, reviewing processes and procedures as needed.
- Provides administrative support to the Service teams.
- Monitor and support RTA systems.

Compensation: Starting hiring range: $23.25 - $30.25. Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
Qualifications- Associate degree required or relevant experience may be substituted.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance reporting standards codes proper maintenance and repair techniques to assist outside repair facilities.
- Familiarity with relevant safety components.
- Must have the ability to assess equipment failures over the telephone and relay the proper information and location to repair facilities.
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect.
- Ability to understand and deal effectively with problems and opportunities, which arise, in a complex environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly recognize issues and opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies. Proficient time management and organizational skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Work is partially sedentary and performed in an office setting. Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Involves local travel within work hours as necessary. Must maintain a valid driver's license and have the physical ability to drive a vehicle for job related travel.
Preferred:
- At least three years of work-related experience preferred.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
