We invite early career and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our North Gold Coast based team. If you have been seeking the right mix of autonomy in practice, flexibility and team support in a community role, then GenPhysio is your next career step.

Salary - banding options starting from $82,000 - $108,000 + Super + KPI bonus options

How does GenPhysio support our OTs?

• Guided orientation into your new role - support to gradually establish your caseload, shadowing with fellow OTs and ensuring you feel confident in a new role.
• Support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors in 1:1 and group settings.
• Build your caseload based on your learning/interests.
• MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists.
• Head office-based client support team to remove the administrative burden from your week.

Once you have eased into your caseload, our support team are able to source and have delivered the right prac stock you need to properly support your clients as you get to know their needs.

Travel

Option of a fully serviced company car (fuel card provided) with personal use options or an $8000 annual vehicle allowance (paid in each fortnightly pay run).

Caseload options - GenPhysio is able to provide a diverse community caseload; - from functional capacity assessments, home modifications, equipment trials, paediatrics, mental health support, rehabilitation, and telehealth care options – we are able to develop a caseload based on your main areas of interest.

What do you need to have?

• Tertiary qualifications
• AHPRA registration (or eligiblilty)
• Drivers license & vehicle
• National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
• Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
• NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
• Appropriate working rights
