Provide data measurement support through collection, analysis, reporting, and ongoing consultation to drive performance improvement and quality initiatives. Develop and maintain databases to assist with data analysis, quality scoring, and productivity measurement.Education & Experience

- Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle, performance improvement, data analysis, operations, or quality assurance.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
Proficient knowledge of revenue cycle operations from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and analyze accounts or records to identify incomplete documentation, workflow gaps, and productivity issues; recommend solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Evaluate operational processes such as scheduling, registration, authorizations, billing, and/or insurance follow-ups to ensure they meet established quality, compliance, and performance standards.
- Collect and evaluate performance data to support process optimization and improved team productivity.
- Monitor quality scores and staff performance to ensure alignment with departmental expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate key findings and process issues to leadership, supporting informed decision-making and corrective actions.
- Analyze quality and productivity trends across departments; develop control tools and dashboards for real-time performance tracking.
- Develop and customize operational and compliance reports using Excel, Access, and statistical tools for a variety of stakeholders.
- Maintain internal databases and reporting systems to ensure accurate tracking of performance indicators and regulatory submissions.
- Design and deliver training on data systems, reporting processes, and performance monitoring tools to enhance team capability.
