We’re currently hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN LPNs — and we welcome both newly licensed and experienced nurses to join our compassionate team.

What You’Ll Do

• Provide quality nursing care to residents and assess their individual needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver care with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others
• Active LPN license in the state of practice
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Leadership ability to guide CNAs and care staff
• Commitment to resident-centered care
