We’re currently seeking both newly licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, or PRN, we offer flexible scheduling to help you achieve the work-life balance you deserve.

What You’Ll Do

• As an LPN, you’ll be a key member of our care team—providing quality, resident-centered care and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members.
• Responsibilities include:
• Delivering and coordinating nursing care according to care plans
• Assessing residents and identifying individual care needs
• Supervising CNAs and assisting in team development
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Bringing empathy, attentiveness, and professionalism to every shift
• Current LPN license in good standing with the state of Oregon
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Experience creating or contributing to care plans (preferred)
