What You’Ll Do:

• Deliver quality nursing care to residents
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Supervise CNAs and other direct care staff
• Uphold state and federal compliance standards
• Make a real difference in the lives of those you care for

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility)
• Strong assessment and care planning skills
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
