Occupational Therapist (Ot) – Hybrid

• Schedule: Hybrid — Full-time, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• Location: Keizer and Woodburn, OR
• Compensation: $40–$50 per hour (Salaried, Depending on Experience)

Skills & Abilities

• Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
• Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
• Performs other duties as assigned

What We’Re Looking For

• Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy

• Bachelor’S Degree (Preferred)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
• Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
