Volare Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at our skilled nursing facility in Grants Pass, Oregon. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the Nursing Services Department
• Oversee the development and implementation of individualized care plans
• Manage department budgets including staffing, equipment, and supplies
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Respond efficiently in urgent and emergency situations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon

BSN preferred

• Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in a skilled nursing setting)
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitative, restorative, and long-term care practices
• Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
