CMA/Office Assistant Mobile Medical

The Certified Medical Assistant(CMA)/Office Assistant independently performs office responsibilities related to reception, processing patient referrals and registration, pre-authorization and scheduling of patients. Performs billing tasks as related to patient visits. Under the supervision of Nurse Practitioner, assists in clinical calls, processing paperwork and performing procedures to provide quality nursing care for patients. Provides quality care within the CMA scope for assigned patients. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills. Contributes to the achievement of the mission and philosophy of the Organization. Contributes to the effective operations of the Organization by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Must exhibit the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).

Qualifications

• Two (2) years CMA experience in clinical setting required.
• Experience in dealing with the public in a clinical setting preferred.
